IMPORTANT: PLEASE CLEAR YOUR LANAI OF ALL PERSONAL ITEMS AND CLOSE ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS. ALL OCCUPANTS SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM UNIT INTERIORS AND THE EXTERIOR BUILDING PERIMETERS FOR 4 HOURS TO ALLOW THE APPLICATION TO DRY THOROUGHLY.
To assist in the regular maintenance program of Puamana, we will conduct our general pest control services promptly at 9:00 AM every quarter.
Owners need to login to the owners portal to see the schedule on the calendar. As an owner you are required to fill in your consent and preference for the internal pest control using the pest control online form. The online pest control form is emailed to you through FrontSteps communication. Make sure you are registered on FrontStep to receive these important messages.
Technicians will be accompanied by the resident manager. In the event of rain, the exterior services will be rescheduled.
